I can't say enough about Jamie from A1 Sewer & Drain. Give this man a raise immediately. Earlier in the week we had to do a sewage pipe repair, he did an awesome job and finished by the end of the day. Very communicative about everything that he was doing. A few days later, we had a water line leak that started filling the newly dug trench with water. (possibly because the inspector had slipped into the hole earlier) We called A1 and surprisingly although he wasn't working that late, he came anyway. In about 30 degree weather with a short sleeve t-shirt on, he was lying in the mud on his belly fixing the problem. I felt so bad that he had to do that but he said he just wanted to make sure we had water. A+ guy. Give him a promotion!!

Steve was our technician and he was personable and very thorough and fixed the issue quickly. This was the only company willing to come out quickly even though it was not an emergency. We had visitors arriving and wanted it fixed same day. Thank you! Price was reasonable considering we are in New Kent and same day!

The process to convert from electric to gas has many steps- and I was not an expert so there were some hiccups- A1 (particularly Cody) was responsive and understanding and worked with me until the new range was lit. Needed to replace a burn out propane cooking stove which during my hiring process either companies were too expensive, to busy or no longer install them. I reached out to A1 and customer service was excellence. My appointment was schedule for the next day which my tech Copeland (Ashland, VA site) was on time did his thing to replace my stove while making sure me and my family were safe after installation. Not to mention in my price range. If anyone is looking for professionalism, A1 is the way to go.Thanks again Copeland and A1 service.
