Incredibly thankful to A1, Brandon and his co-worker. We had the misfortune of my fiancées engagement ring fall into our toilet while it was flushing (worst place at the worst time). Brandon came out the same day earlier then scheduled to have a look, he put a camera down the pipe and thankfully was able to find it. They gave fantastic suggestions to retrieve it and with a little elbow grease we were able to recover it. They were super professional, personable and worked quickly to try to find it. Again, very thankful and hope you choose to use them for any plumbing issues you have.

Everyone at A1 was professional and great to work with. My front underground water line broke and after confirming it was the line and not my sprinkler system. We had it repaired by A1 plumbing and heating. I'm sorry I didn't get the insurance through the power company. It was expensive but they worked really hard and it was nothing I could have done. I recommend them .

I can't say enough about Jamie from A1 Sewer & Drain. Give this man a raise immediately. Earlier in the week we had to do a sewage pipe repair, he did an awesome job and finished by the end of the day. Very communicative about everything that he was doing. A few days later, we had a water line leak that started filling the newly dug trench with water. (possibly because the inspector had slipped into the hole earlier) We called A1 and surprisingly although he wasn't working that late, he came anyway. In about 30 degree weather with a short sleeve t-shirt on, he was lying in the mud on his belly fixing the problem. I felt so bad that he had to do that but he said he just wanted to make sure we had water. A+ guy. Give him a promotion!!

Needed to replace a burn out propane cooking stove which during my hiring process either companies were too expensive, to busy or no longer install them. I reached out to A1 and customer service was excellence. My appointment was schedule for the next day which my tech Copeland (Ashland, VA site) was on time did his thing to replace my stove while making sure me and my family were safe after installation. The process to convert from electric to gas has many steps- and I was not an expert so there were some hiccups- A1 (particularly Cody) was responsive and understanding and worked with me until the new range was lit. I could not recommend them enough.
