My technician Brandon Rountree came in and went right to work first accessing the situation while informing me of the process with every step. He work very hard and diligently to get the job done and boy did he have his work cut out for him. He remained very professional, courteous and with a pleasant smile throughout the whole ordeal. Incredibly thankful to A1, Brandon and his co-worker. We had the misfortune of my fiancées engagement ring fall into our toilet while it was flushing (worst place at the worst time). Brandon came out the same day earlier then scheduled to have a look, he put a camera down the pipe and thankfully was able to find it. They gave fantastic suggestions to retrieve it and with a little elbow grease we were able to recover it. They were super professional, personable and worked quickly to try to find it. Again, very thankful and hope you choose to use them for any plumbing issues you have.
