I can't say enough about Jamie from A1 Sewer & Drain. Give this man a raise immediately. Earlier in the week we had to do a sewage pipe repair, he did an awesome job and finished by the end of the day. Very communicative about everything that he was doing. A few days later, we had a water line leak that started filling the newly dug trench with water. (possibly because the inspector had slipped into the hole earlier) We called A1 and surprisingly although he wasn't working that late, he came anyway. In about 30 degree weather with a short sleeve t-shirt on, he was lying in the mud on his belly fixing the problem. I felt so bad that he had to do that but he said he just wanted to make sure we had water. A+ guy. Give him a promotion!!

I decided to add a gas line to my kitchen. I selected A1 from 3 quotes and it turned out to be the best decision. The process to convert from electric to gas has many steps- and I was not an expert so there were some hiccups- A1 (particularly Cody) was responsive and understanding and worked with me until the new range was lit. I could not recommend them enough.

Very professional and knowledgeable company and crew!! They were fast with inspecting our sewage line leak and also provided a financing option to help cover the cost!! They knew exactly what they were doing. I will say that a very small portion of the cleanup outside could be better, but this doesn't lower my rating for them. Exceptional company and I highly recommend!!

Needed to replace a burn out propane cooking stove which during my hiring process either companies were too expensive, to busy or no longer install them. I reached out to A1 and customer service was excellence. My appointment was schedule for the next day which my tech Copeland (Ashland, VA site) was on time did his thing to replace my stove while making sure me and my family were safe after installation. My technician Brandon Rountree came in and went right to work first accessing the situation while informing me of the process with every step. He work very hard and diligently to get the job done and boy did he have his work cut out for him. He remained very professional, courteous and with a pleasant smile throughout the whole ordeal. Everyone at A1 was professional and great to work with. My front underground water line broke and after confirming it was the line and not my sprinkler system. We had it repaired by A1 plumbing and heating. I'm sorry I didn't get the insurance through the power company. It was expensive but they worked really hard and it was nothing I could have done. I recommend them .
