Incredibly thankful to A1, Brandon and his co-worker. We had the misfortune of my fiancées engagement ring fall into our toilet while it was flushing (worst place at the worst time). Brandon came out the same day earlier then scheduled to have a look, he put a camera down the pipe and thankfully was able to find it. They gave fantastic suggestions to retrieve it and with a little elbow grease we were able to recover it. They were super professional, personable and worked quickly to try to find it. My technician Brandon Rountree came in and went right to work first accessing the situation while informing me of the process with every step.
