Brandon came out the same day earlier then scheduled to have a look, he put a camera down the pipe and thankfully was able to find it. They gave fantastic suggestions to retrieve it and with a little elbow grease we were able to recover it. They were super professional, personable and worked quickly to try to find it. Again, very thankful and hope you choose to use them for any plumbing issues you have.
