We had it repaired by A1 plumbing and heating. I'm sorry I didn't get the insurance through the power company. It was expensive but they worked really hard and it was nothing I could have done. My appointment was schedule for the next day which my tech Copeland (Ashland, VA site) was on time did his thing to replace my stove while making sure me and my family were safe after installation.
