A1 Sewer & Drain Supports Hurricane Helene Relief Efforts

This past October, the team at A1 Sewer & Drain came together to assist those impacted by Hurricanes Helene and Milton. As part of the company’s ongoing commitment to its local communities, employees coordinated a donation drive that delivered essential supplies to Skyland First Baptist Church in Arden, NC, and The Orchard Church in Waynesville, NC.

A1’s parent company, Groundworks, has shown continued support for the relief effort by organizing volunteer teams across eight offices in four states. In addition to these hands-on efforts, Groundworks and its founders made a significant donation of $263,000 to Samaritan’s Purse. This contribution supports the nonprofit organization’s immediate relief work and helps provide vital resources to those still recovering from the storms.

Through these efforts, Groundworks continues to make a meaningful impact, helping local communities get back on their feet after the devastation of the hurricanes.
