The process to convert from electric to gas has many steps- and I was not an expert so there were some hiccups- A1 (particularly Cody) was responsive and understanding and worked with me until the new range was lit. My technician Brandon Rountree came in and went right to work first accessing the situation while informing me of the process with every step. He work very hard and diligently to get the job done and boy did he have his work cut out for him. He remained very professional, courteous and with a pleasant smile throughout the whole ordeal. They knew exactly what they were doing. I will say that a very small portion of the cleanup outside could be better, but this doesn't lower my rating for them. Needed to replace a burn out propane cooking stove which during my hiring process either companies were too expensive, to busy or no longer install them. I reached out to A1 and customer service was excellence. My appointment was schedule for the next day which my tech Copeland (Ashland, VA site) was on time did his thing to replace my stove while making sure me and my family were safe after installation.
