We had it repaired by A1 plumbing and heating. I'm sorry I didn't get the insurance through the power company. It was expensive but they worked really hard and it was nothing I could have done. Incredibly thankful to A1, Brandon and his co-worker. We had the misfortune of my fiancées engagement ring fall into our toilet while it was flushing (worst place at the worst time). Brandon came out the same day earlier then scheduled to have a look, he put a camera down the pipe and thankfully was able to find it. They gave fantastic suggestions to retrieve it and with a little elbow grease we were able to recover it. They were super professional, personable and worked quickly to try to find it. Very professional and knowledgeable company and crew!! They were fast with inspecting our sewage line leak and also provided a financing option to help cover the cost!! They knew exactly what they were doing. I will say that a very small portion of the cleanup outside could be better, but this doesn't lower my rating for them. Exceptional company and I highly recommend!!
