Incredibly thankful to A1, Brandon and his co-worker. We had the misfortune of my fiancées engagement ring fall into our toilet while it was flushing (worst place at the worst time). Brandon came out the same day earlier then scheduled to have a look, he put a camera down the pipe and thankfully was able to find it. They gave fantastic suggestions to retrieve it and with a little elbow grease we were able to recover it. They were super professional, personable and worked quickly to try to find it. Everyone at A1 was professional and great to work with. My front underground water line broke and after confirming it was the line and not my sprinkler system. We had it repaired by A1 plumbing and heating. I'm sorry I didn't get the insurance through the power company. It was expensive but they worked really hard and it was nothing I could have done. I recommend them .
