Brandon came out the same day earlier then scheduled to have a look, he put a camera down the pipe and thankfully was able to find it. They gave fantastic suggestions to retrieve it and with a little elbow grease we were able to recover it. They were super professional, personable and worked quickly to try to find it. Needed to replace a burn out propane cooking stove which during my hiring process either companies were too expensive, to busy or no longer install them. I reached out to A1 and customer service was excellence. My appointment was schedule for the next day which my tech Copeland (Ashland, VA site) was on time did his thing to replace my stove while making sure me and my family were safe after installation. Very professional and knowledgeable company and crew!! They were fast with inspecting our sewage line leak and also provided a financing option to help cover the cost!! They knew exactly what they were doing. I will say that a very small portion of the cleanup outside could be better, but this doesn't lower my rating for them.
