We had it repaired by A1 plumbing and heating. I'm sorry I didn't get the insurance through the power company. It was expensive but they worked really hard and it was nothing I could have done. I am so pleased with my service. My washing machine, shower , and toilet were all clogged. My technician Brandon Rountree came in and went right to work first accessing the situation while informing me of the process with every step. He work very hard and diligently to get the job done and boy did he have his work cut out for him. He remained very professional, courteous and with a pleasant smile throughout the whole ordeal. Yes he was able to fix the problem! This company is a five ⭐️service.

I decided to add a gas line to my kitchen. I selected A1 from 3 quotes and it turned out to be the best decision. The process to convert from electric to gas has many steps- and I was not an expert so there were some hiccups- A1 (particularly Cody) was responsive and understanding and worked with me until the new range was lit. I could not recommend them enough.
